TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Quote is subject to product availability and a pre-job site measure and inspection. If changes to your quote are required for any reason, BM Floors will provide as much notice as possible.
  • Before accepting your quote, ensure it includes everything you require. If it is not mentioned in the scope of works, it is not included in the price.
  • Quote is valid for 30 days unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Receipt of deposit implies acceptance of quote and ALL terms & conditions.
  • BM Floors will only order stock and schedule work once a 50% deposit is paid.
  • Supply Only jobs are to be paid IN FULL and cleared into BM Floors’ account prior to any product being released.
  • Progress invoices will be sent at the completion of each stage (Pull up, Laying, Sand and Polishing). Payment of invoices are strictly due by the due date indicated on the invoice.
  • BM Floors will make every effort to commence works on schedule, however, dates are subject to change at any time. Works will commence as soon as practicable. BM Floors will not be liable for any unforeseen delays.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adequate and safe access, power, running water and toilet facilities must be made available on the worksite.
  • Worksite must be clean, tidy and free from rubbish and debris.
  • Furniture, (including television, fridge and dishwasher where applicable) ornaments and anything likely to hinder contractor’s ability to work is to be removed from the immediate workspace prior to contractor’s arrival.
  • Adequate dust protection should be utilised prior to contractor’s arrival to protect belongings from dust. Whilst our contractors use dust extraction on their machines, residual dust should still be expected.
  • Adequate floor protection should be utilised if any construction works are to follow installation. BM Floors will take no responsibility for any damage done to floors after installation.
